If you are a person who engages in a regular exercise program, you are already familiar with the physical rewards that accompany exercise. Depending on your chosen form of exercise, I bet you could give a great explanation of how your body benefits from your workouts. If you are someone who has not entertained the idea of exercise, I still believe you could recite some of its benefits.
But when it comes to working out, I think the important thing to focus on should not be what it does for us physically, but for what it does for us emotionally...
