Am I Authentic
The word 'authentic' is used quite a bit in reference to food, to clothing and even used about our lives- so what does that word really mean? Are you living an 'authentic life? Soul Essentials Director, Ganel-lyn Condie explores and shares her wisdom and life experiences and creates a simple list that we can examine as we ask ourselves the question- Am I living an authentic life?
"Creating and honoring a place of balance and authenticity in my life is my passion. I was able to help at my children’s school, finish a project I have worked on for months, meet with a new business associate and call a friend that I was just thinking about. I felt authentic. It is a word we hear a lot but what does it mean; how does it take form in your daily life? The word authentic is defined as not false or copied; genuine; real.
